And like I said, quality of the written word is largely objective. I also said that the enjoyment of said written word is subjective. I never said "you are wrong". In fact, I clearly said in a later post that I had a differing point of view, and was explaining my view.

Look. You gave your opinion, and I gave mine. Then a bunch of people said that I shouldn't have said what I said, because what you said was just an opinion. Then you keep trying to tell me that what you said was just an opinion. I KNOW THAT! Just because I don't agree with your opinion doesn't mean that I don't understand that it's just an opinion. I get it! I got it all along! The problem is that once I gave a differing opinion, everyone got defensive. This whole thing isn't making any god damned sense! I know you just gave an opinion. So did I. But, since my opinion didn't agree with the one in the post above mine, I wasn't allowed to give it. Because, you know, opinions are fine as long as they're all the same.
