i just got back from banff a few hours ago from 3 nights of mg

im way too tired to write a proper review but everything about the first 2 nights were amazing.totally different set lists between the two, nice long 17 and 18 song sets.and wil, wow!!!

im so happy for sooz
matt was so nice and generous to her
letting us on the bus after the first show.all access passes to the following shows,calling her up on stage during the 2nd show to get a picture taken,and making it a memerable and awesome experience for her.

the only thing that brought the whole experience down was the night in banff.thanks to a few intoxicated idiots ,matt ended up with two chipped teeth and having to cut the set short by about 4 songs.the worst part was it was his birthday and looking forward to the show and celebrating his birthday afterwards:(

That is cool for SOOZ... Matt is great. The photos of you guys with Matt is great. . COOL shirt he is wearing. I still love his ASSES OF EVIL shirt. The MG shirt Pat is wearing is the one I got. I can't wait to see him again. I heard he is doing a tour in the fall. I have to get my photos scanned in. I got alot of good ones.

Read the June 30th entry. It is things like this that I hate about shows. Especially if a fan or in this case an artist gets hurt.

So ... my trip to Canada to see Matt was absolutely amazing. The shows were amazing, even in Banff the music was really good in spite of the problems. And everyone was so nice - Matt, his wife, all the band and crew. And his manager and his puppy

If I ever hear/see anyone being mean about him again then there will be trouble!

How did it get stolen.? I can relate to you. I had my work bag stolen a few years ago. I had 12 CD's in it. It was my favorite OLP, U2, Bush cd's plus David Usher, The Tea Party and some others I can't remember. It took me months to replace them. Espeicially the ones by Canadian Artist. The reason I had so many on me was cause I jsut got back from vacation and tossed the carrier in my work bag. .

also the GOING COASTAL show is on at 11PM EST Sunday, and 4AM EST Monday Morning.
