You're right. I don't like 10 songs that ammount to the worth of a small pile of putrefying crap, so I should definately leave the board on which I've made a lot of friends and had a fairly large impact on. Because, you know, my opinion of some music makes me a bad person. Obviously I could never co-exist on a board with people who have a different opinion. I mean, that would be like having diversity or something. God forbid.
If you, for some reason, can't handle someone criticizing someone else's work, you really need to re-evaluate your sensitivities. It's just music. Someone else disliking music that you like has (brace yourself for this one) absolutely no effect on you!
I know. It's a shocker. But it's true. Think about it. How is my saying that gravity ammounts "to the worth of a small pile of putrefying crap" ever going to affect you? What's the big deal?
Note: I don't usually take a harsh tone like this. In fact, it's very rarely that I do. But I did it to prove a point. Usually I keep criticisms of OLP's newer stuff civilized and intelligent. My point is that even if I do call it a decaying pile of fecal matter, it doesn't affect you. Unless you're afraid that someone elses opinion is going to affect your enjoyment of the music - and if that is the case, you probably should rethink why you "enjoy" it anyways ... if you really enjoy it, someone else's opinion won't matter.
Also, the overall sarcasm is simpley an affect of having read a post by Alan right before typing this. His sardonic tone is infectious.
I just really don't like being told to fuck off. Seriously. That's just not cool.

Indeed. Plus Robbo gives a thourough explanation of why he doesn't like songs by breaking it down into a bunch of technical shit a lot of us don't understand. I might think he's overly anal about it, but it doesn't really affect anyone if I like a song and he doesn't. We just speak our minds and move on. I love you Bobbo
