Do you think there's any way in hell that basketball's most famous player will go to jail because he raped a white woman? Damon Staudimire has been caught with pot three times within two years and he never got punished. And he's a back-up point guard at best.

Anyways, do you think the NBA will let Kobe go to jail? Come on, he's set to be the image of the NBA, they're not letting him go to jail. Stop being idealistic, he's rich, he's free.
