there is no rule/or law that says OLP only tour Canada in the Winter. Anyone who has seen the band will tell you it always seems to end up that they do a major tour(Tralier Park Boys, World's A Blister) in the dead of winter. That is why my friend and I said that.

It is said in a joking manner, just like saying isn't being an OLP fan some sort of Law in Canada

What infamous request hour!? Obviously it's not that infamous! Or should it be famous...?

that is what I called it because in the middle of the concert( may 17th, 2001) Raine asked the audience, "What do you guys want to hear?" People shouted out song titles and they played about 4-5 songs, then said now we got one new one to play for you called Whatever. It wasn't really an hour, it was what a few of us at the show affectionally call it. BTW, they played Potatogirl, Made to Heal, Theif and I think Stealing Babies. That show was 3 years ago, so my memory is rusty on the exact songs they played requested.

Also that was one of the shows Chantal was at. It was funny cause they had their own bus and were recording stuff. They had Chanti with them( at that time she was a puppy). A few of us were talking with her before the show.

should we be thankful for the website updating, or that it is some sort of *offical* word from something related to OLP.

I find it odd, cause Suppositely Bob Rock is in the Studio now with Simple Plan. Oh well.

 You know.. when the release date was moved from January or whatever to March that was cool. You know.. albums take time. When the release date was then changed to to the summer, that was ok too. Raine and Co were busy with their personal lives and such. But January 2005!?!??! COME ON.

going back to the first page....

olp touring with simple plan would be awesome
you have to, you just have to trust me
whoever i was then i can't ever be again
the faith you've found i've never felt
the terror held in wedding bells
the comfort in "there's no one else"
the truth be told, i'm never going to know
