Lando are these your Mom's parents or your Dad's. parents?

40 years is alot nowadays. Some people don't even make it to 5 years. which is sad.

My parents were married 46 1/2 years before my mom died. if they were still alive they be celebrating their 62 anniversary this year.

As for the girl, sounds like you took a shinning to her.

and don't feel bad. Alot of us get somewhat tongue tyed when talking to someone we find attractive of the opposite sex

P.S. Nikki-happy anniversary to your G.P's also.

I missed out on the whole grandparent thing. The only one I had died when I was 3.

I am an orphan. No grandparents, no parents and I just found out my uncle died last year. My aunt didn't want anyone to know( which we thought was crappy).

I feel love, I feel a power. It comes to me in the darkest hour. And I want to feel it again

That's sad gail... sorry to hear that

and it's my mom's side. My grandfather on my dad's side died like 7 years ago and he and my grandma had been separated since before I was born.

And yeah, bout the girl, she was pretty nice to look at, but I never get tongue tied etc... around women, no matter how good looking they are! This time it was just different...

Anyway who knows if her personality would have matched her looks. My guess is probably no!

Hey pretty girls do sometimes have the personality to match. I know this girl who is gorgoeus.(model looks) Typical blue eyed blonde. Her mom is Swede. Anyway she is nice, not bitchy or nasty at all. Her sister was always jealous of her cause guys would look at her.

Also unfortunately we do go by looks. If you saw someone unattractive(in your eyes) how would you know what they were like cause you won't approach them.

I do agree on one hand. I knew alot of guys who were attractive, but really A*holes. stuck up etc. You heard of the type. Thinking just cause they are good looking they are God's gift to woman. Every school has them. same with the girls.

Haha i know that not all pretty faces are "SNITCHES" to put it more politely in capitals with a replacement of the B!

I've met a few, but I was just going by majority for those who would read this and be confused, that such people exist.

Dark hair, eh? Like mine? ;)

You should go there every night and hide behind a plant so you can admire her from afar. Then you can represent the legion of CMers with restraining orders.
