... ladies and gentlemen, i beleive we already have the winner for album of the year!

I love both of these songs! POYL is too short though, i really want it to go on for longer. ASR is even better than i imagined after reading the lyrics. Both songs really reincarnate how i first got into Matthew Good they kind of have an Underdogs/BM sound to them. I love it!

Put Out Your Lights:

Put out you lights
you're taking over
sit on your hands
the new national anthem
it sounds alot like shit but it goes on and on

Put out your lights
the wait is over
sit on your hands
the new national anthem
it sounds alot like shit but it goes on and on

it sounds a lot like shit but it goes on and on

(awesome guitar solo!)

on and on
it goes on and on (repeat)

I know it's pretty simple, but just incase someone didn't know.

Somebody PM Neil with what you'd consider MG's top 15 tracks.........I wanna download the suckers and see what's so great about the guy before I actually start telling you all what my "evil side" is telling me to say.

Thanks........

That doesn't answer Neil's request.......I'm looking for a comprehensive list. But I did just download those 2 tracks and I'm gonna take a listen.

"Put Out Your Lights" and "Alert Status Red"

some of his best tracks in my opinion

fearless
omissions of the omen
prime time deliverance
apparitions
almost anything on loser anthems
born to kill
suburbia
advertising on police cars
man of action
rat who would be king
avalanche
while we were hunting rabbits

My first impression of MG's voice (off "Put Out Your Lights") is:

Michael Stipe
