I say bow tie, because you probably won't have to wear one for dressing up other than for grad or for a wedding if it's yours or if you're part of the wedding party.

I own a tux and I don't wear a bow tie with it, it's just too formal in a way, but for something like grad where you won't be graduating again probably, you could always go with a bow tie just once.

good choice... i ended up going with the straight tie too...

actually at first i had picked out a 30's ganster style tux... but just went with a normal one after...

man, prom is friday and i'm not prepared :uh:
