The part about people teasing her comes through pretty clearly. It was the killing everyone I was

Yeah, I don't think she actually kills anyone, though it is unclear.

I think that site, because I have been there before , is more or less the people who run it interps alongwith snipbits Raine may have quoted.
As for ANNIE. The only thing I can remember is Raine saying how it waqs errie him bringing the band the song because Columbine had just happened. I think she may have killed people or thought of killing them in her dreams or head.
Personally I always thought of ANNIE as Oskar's sister
