Has anyone tried out the Painkiller demo yet? It's essentially a super-advanced FPS that took a Doom-like concept a whole lot of steps further (though they went for a less "upside-down-spider-thing" path than the Doom series). The physics in this game are absolutely outstanding. I've spent a whole lot of time just shooting enemies and random objects with the steak gun. Definately worth a download.

If you're wondering why I haven't been posting much in a while, please give you blame to Final Fantasy XI.

Yes, but doesn't PS2 allow dialup???
Dialup is for the feeble, Xbox only lets cable/broadband connections to keep the laggers behind.
49.99 for a whole year of Xbox Live is totally worth it.........I pay that much a month just for my internet.

it actually depends on the game.. apparently you cant get onto socom w/ dialup (not that its a prob for me) but socom only allows cable/broadband
