I love it, it's genius, the live version is pretty sweet too.

I love it. I just finally downloaded it a few days ago, after hearing about it for quite some time. Now I've just gotta find an mp3 of Noel Gallagher covrering Ryan Adams' cover... I'm very curious to hear it.

Oh, and the live version with Ryan talking at the end about the Oasis concert in Philly... I was theeeeeeeere!! :thumbs: :mrgreen: Can't believe he left to get water during Helter Skelter. :freak: What a weirdo. That cover sounded FANTASTIC at that show. :drool:

I downloaded it, and I'll admit - Its pretty rocking. I like it. :nod:

Though, I don't like much by Oasis, or Ryan Adams this works :freak:

I've been bouncing between "Love Is Hell Part 1" and the new Thrills album "So Much For The City" for th elast week or 2.
"When looking up there, I just felt whole, like I belonged. Like one day I too would shine my most brilliant. Sitting there also made me think about sitting through services at my little country church back home. About that never-changing congregation of the same sixty-seven people and everyone has known you since before you were born. Now, out here in the real world, everything just seemed more vivid than when I used to sit in that little pew. That pew that was now so, so far away from where I was. I feared I had somehow left God behind there, too. I feared he was somehow just sitting there, saving my seat on the fifth pew from the front row, just waiting on me to come back. I left so quickly, I worried that he may not have noticed I was gone. And, now, I’m just too far away to find. So he’s just sitting there, patiently waiting on me to come back. i first heard it on the oc.. then i heard it the next day on smallville. i find that kinda funny........ lol.... but maybe that's jsut me, its on 2 great tv shows the same week

anywho

my first reaction was wtf? now i think its alright.. doesnt compare to the original

he'll be re-recording wonderwall and releasing it on the oasis website, soon i hope

I'm more excited to hear about the band remixing the Be Here Now album

I first heard it on the oc and said 'ugh what a terrible cover.' Then i just heard it again and said 'meh'.

The original cannot be beat reguardless of who covers it. The cover does not even compare to oasis's version. i suppose it's pretty good, but not even close to the original.

meh i liked it, i thought it was cool how he used the finger picking instead of strumming, and also how the guitar plays such a bigger role
