*listens to find the particular spot*
In the first verse when he says "Sunday", "away", "different", "that", "day". And When he says "no one CAN see you" that can just really annoys me.

I don't know, I just really don't like his voice in the entire song.

I see what you mean; where it kind of sounds strained and a little awkward even.

Every now and then I fall out into open air just to feel the wind, rain and everything.
And though the hum and sway gets me down
, I'll find the way to peace and openness.

ok, so having heard these next two songs i have this to say:

back when i thought i was an our lady peace fan i was, in actuality, 30% an olp fan and 70% a mike turner fan. but it wasn't until the two were separated and created individual works that i could discern this.
Lick a finger: feel the now.

oh no... i coulda done with that last part... i'm not especially a big fan of the "i just wanted you to be" part- just the way he sings it tho.

the outro, however, is wicked.

changing the chord at the end was a little weird. It's an interesting idea, but I think he could have pulled it off better.

    That outro makes the song so much better! No more annoying fade out!

I wish I liked OLP earlier. I think I heard about them like a month and a half before mike left. Oh well. If susans lying, and if mike makes this his main focus, maybe I'll finally see this amazing fan friendly person everyone always talks about.

i don't like this singer, his vocal stylings are really similar on all the songs. And mike, i love you, but you ripped that riff in the alchemist off 'schism' by tool.

Mmm...  These are all so good. And having all of "Don't Start" is amazing... that fadeout was just killing me.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who heard a similarity to Chris Cornell. I heard it in "Don't Start", but didn't wanna say anything in case I was just insane and hearing things. He's like a tamed-down version... with someone else mixed in (who I can't figure out). Which is definitley not a bad thing. ;)

The riff is similar to Charol of the Bells.

Wow... The whole version of Don't Start = out-fucking-standing

Such a good way to end it.

You should send that to me, dear child <3.

Unless, of course, you're under strict orders NOT to.
