Tattoos
Since someone started a piercing thread I figured I'd start one for tattoos (to my knowledge there isn't one yet) 'cause I got my first (and probably only) a little over three weeks ago. So anyone else have tattoos or want to get one (some)?

right now i have 7 tattoos .. with plans for a few more .. i'm working on a few ideas now and in the summer i'll probably get more and expand on the 2 i have on my feet

i have been planning on getting a tattoo for awhile now. at first, i was planning on getting it done during christmas break, but that didn't happen. now, i am planning on getting it for my birthday, which is less than a month away.

I want a tattoo. I dont know where yet but I was thinking of "Strength" in Japanese or another charater of something.

I would love a tattoo. Something small, tho... I was thinking of a yellow rose on my hip, although I'm probly never gonna do it.

I know I want tattoos, but I haven't really decided on what I want yet. I've got as long as I want to think about it, and I can't even get them for another two years or so...
I'm thinking of getting stylisticly drawn EYES on my upper back (above my shoulder blades)...I always thought that would be NEAT.

I have a tiny purple star (outlined in dark purple, colored in light purple) on the top of each foot .. sort of down a bit and in the space between my big toe and the next toe, hard to describe .. then I have a larger purple star, colored in dark purple, outlined in green (might be switching it to black later) on the inside of each wrist. There's 4 .. um, I have a caterpillar on my left hip, my first tattoo my cousin did for me is a butterfly on my right ankle surrounded in stars and last is my flower armband.
I have plans for a couple pieces on my back and I'd like to expand on the ones on my wrist and feet. Tons of ideas. My next one I'd like is a lower back piece in memory of my Dad but it's tough because I want it to be perfect.

For those of you who don't like needles neither do I but I was able to get a tattoo. Anyone else who has one can attest to the fact that it's not exaclty the same as any other thing with needles (shots, piercings, or having blood drawn). I've done all those too so I can at least speak for myself.

Over here you can't give blood for 12 months after getting a tattoo or any kind of piercing.
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.
And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

You can give blood a year after you got your tattoo 
So anytime you get a new tattoo you have to wait 12 months ..
