I don't believe any of you. 
Nam kept telling us that nobody says "eh", then when we went up and visited, we heard it EVERYWHERE. I giggled everytime I heard it.
Oh, and I say "roof", darn it... but I do know a lot of people that say "ruff".

I've heard lots of Canadians say 'aboat' - it's much less noticeable than 'aboot' though, I think you have to be actively listening to how they're saying it.
