well don't delete them both then :p i always have the backup software incase it screws up

u can type those things into a search engine, or if its an MS thing you can type that into the microsoft website and see what comes up

just so u know what it is

Ok, I am using Nero 5.5 and everytime I burn something it just asks me where it wants to store it on my computer as an .nrg file. It creates a disc image. I really just want to send it to the damn burner, but even at the opening page I can't find any kind of option to add it. It's really pissing me off and if anyone could help me, that would be great.

I'm pretty sure Phandler is actually a program that keeps your passwords for you (i.e. Password Handler = p.Handler) ... I'm not sure if it's a piece of spyware or not, although that's what the internet is for; to check it out.

I'm pretty sure it's safe to delete this, if you can find it., that is.

I deleted files I needed once recently. And nearly killed myself for my own stupidity. Deleted the wrong folder, then didn't realize I did so til after I emptied my Recycle Bin. I never did manage to get the files back (they were all program installers), but I did manage to find a program that's supposed to restore deleted files... and it let me see the filenames, so I could get the programs again and it didn't suck as bad as not knowing what I had deleted. ANYway, I'm off topic. The program I found is called "Recover My Files". Here's it's official website: http://www.recovermyfiles.com/. Good luck!
