i heard a thing on the radio saying that jackson couldn't choose one ending (out of all the characters' endings) so the end of the movie is full of false endings. like ohhh the end! stand up to leave, wait there's more. haha.

you have to, you just have to trust me
whoever i was then i can't ever be again
the faith you've found i've never felt
the terror held in wedding bells
the comfort in "there's no one else"
the truth be told, i'm never going to know

It opens here at 12:01 am

Also, Peter Jackson had an article in the paper a couple days ago and he mentioned how he'd love to go back and do the Hobbit one day .. I don't think there's any set plans to do it, but he mentioned how he'd love to do that one day and he can't see anyone else doing it .. it's his movie :D

I probably won't get to see ROTK for at least another 5 days or so .. :(

oh wow...oh man....oh wow.

I just got home.
14 hours of movie theater seats really starts to hurt your butt.

the only thing I want to say is this,
it did not pull a matrix.

if you're implying the series didn't fall off the table in its third installment, then yeah. i agree.

if you're implying the matrix was better... that's some pretty good shit you're smoking.

  it's tough to say if it beats two towers. but wow. i'll be seeing this one a few more times.

Holy mother fucker...only 4 more hours!!! I'm dressed up as Frodo right now at school...I'm getting some pretty amusing looks, I must say, especially at the hairy feet.

Yes, I am a nerd.

Oh, and some bastard in the Winnipeg Sun (a shitty newspaper) gave it 3 1/2 out of 5 stars. Luckily, the Winnipeg Free Press gave it 5. Smart people. Not that their opinion really matters to me.

OMG I JUST GOT BACK, that was the coolest

black text (spoilers) : what was the big green cyclone thing in thet Morgul Vale, it scared the shit outta me and i almost peed myself 5 times because of those random, breath-taking moments :freak: also, that scared me every time the screen paused and went blakc toward the end and i thought that it was over and i was swearing, and then i saw everything again and was like, thank you god. Also when Pippin was singing, i almost fainted
I'm definitely looking for a elf or hobbit to marry

1. it was awesome
2. Everyone was much hotter in this movie with the exceptions of Bilbo and Gollum
3. whoa... more black text (more spoilers): it ended with THE END and the last quote of the book, that was awesome

^ok, you're worse off than me

I couldn't help myself...I had to read the spoilers *hangs head in shame*

Johnathan, are you implying that there's something wrong with being a nerd? :P

Saw it today it was awesome!!!!!!!!

the ending seemed to drag for me a bit but other then that it was stellar. By far my favorite out of the three. I went with a girl and every time Legolas came on the screen she almost fainted....need to get me some cool blonde hair and elf ears.
