What's a good program that I could use to make them, and where can I download this program from? If someone could help me, I'd very much appreciate it...thanks!

I believe Fireworks has a fairly simple method of animating Gifs. It may not be the most powerful program nor the prettiest but it does the job. Oh and your friendly neighborhood kazaa should have it... or you could buy it

Kazaa is almost hilariously efficient at downloading programs. I searched up Office XP, clicked the download. 2 hours later the thing was up and ready to install. Ahh.. $500 worth of software? No problem!
