i know that it's not only my school that does the whole school song, color, etc. so what are yours?

song: mest - jaded (uhh, what? barf. the only other choices were eve 6 - here's to the night and leann rimes - please remember)

flower: white oleander (haha)

colors: silver and blue (a lot of people wanted pink and black, but that was "too offensive")

motto: something stupid, but i wanted the one by robert kennedy.
- megan.

I didn't get a song. I went to an all guys school, so we tried to avoid anything that would be branded as "homosexual."
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

I don't remember what the stuff was this year, and so far, we haven't decded on this year. But I know that last year, the grad song was from KC and Jo-Jo (I forgot what it was called)... our flower (actually, our 'plant') was the Pacific Dogwood or something... (it was one of them 'Provincial Symbols' simply because they wanted to act "patriotic" to the province. pshaw.)...and our school colours are red and silver. Meh.

ew that's gross.

no, i didn't mean school colors (ours are maroon and gold) i meant, class colors. i don't know why, i mean, it's pointless, but the senior class has it's own color.

anyway, some songs people wanted, but our evil librarian deemed "offensive":

green day - waiting
blind melon - changes
the used - maybe memories
incubus - drive
- megan.

why would the senior class have it's own colours? seems kinda weird to me...

and actually the blue and orange looked really cool.

Haha, I was so excited because our senior song was Creed: Higher. *dances*

My senior prom (the only formal I went to at my high school was U2: *crap it left my mind!* Dangit all, it's one of my favorite songs too. I was head over heels for the guy I went with too. First kiss too. *gets dreamy eyed*

I can't remember what the theme for the year was. I'm gonna guess "Higher", cause we were creative like that.

I think junior prom was something really lame, but I didn't go anyhow.

vitamin c

don't ask me why i know that :freak:

i don't think we had colors or anything like that but our yearbook theme was dave matthews-related so it was chock full of dave matthews quotes.

our original theme was dazed and confused but that was deemed inappropriate or something so it got scrapped.
