alanis morisette. all her angry stuff...ironic, head over feet..
deep blue something - breakfast at tiffanies
del amitri - roll to me
k-ci and jojo - all my life
r kelly - i believe i can fly
billie myers - kiss the rain
smash mouth - walking on the sun
and who can forget richard marx?
and! toni braxton - unbreak my heart..and jewel..i could list for awhile..

i'm sorry to mention these next things..but they were major 90's..

spice girls. you have to admit, when 'wannabe' comes on, it's a huge flashback..
nsync, backstreet boys, 98 degrees...the whole boy band thing was massive then.

and finally, one of the single biggest stinking songs of the 90's...
i love you always forever, by donna lewis.

"the sign" by ace of base
"only freshmen" the verve pipe
"gettin' jiggy with it" will smith
"blind" hootie and the blowfish
"selling the drama" live
anything at all by REM
"under the bridge" red hot chili peppers
"buddy holly" weezer

if you're trying to put together an all-encompassing 90's cd you can't forget the boy bands, britney and christina
<3 Mademoiselle Pamplemousse

Ahhh "The Freshmen" is such an amazing song....
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

I wanna listen to a 90's radio station now or something.

Goodbye you liar,
Well you sipped from the cup but you don't own up to anything
Then you think you will inspire
Take apart your head
(and I wish I could inspire)
Take apart your demons, then you add it to the list.

Whenever death may surprise us,
let it be welcome
if our battle cry has reached even one receptive ear
and another hand reaches out to take up our arms.

Nobody's gonna miss me, no tears will fall, no ones gonna weap, when i hit that road.
my boots are broken my brain is sore, fer keepin' up with thier little world, i got a heavy load.
gonna leave 'em all just like before, i'm big city bound, your always 17 in your hometown
