Default's new album rocks my "Air Force Ones".......I know I'm probably one of the few who thought their first album was good, but I have to plug their new album because I think this ones good too.

Stand out songs:
* Movin' On
* Alone
* Break Down Doors
* (Taking My) Life Away ------> the first single

I hated the song wasting my time, but everything else I heard from them was pretty good. I may get it actually.

Goodbye you liar,
Well you sipped from the cup but you don't own up to anything
Then you think you will inspire
Take apart your head
(and I wish I could inspire)
Take apart your demons, then you add it to the list.

Default is soooooooo cooler than Nickel-sack.

Even in person - they have much better personalities. I think they'd be kick ass to get drunk with and watch some hockey.

I just listen to the album. I like it overall, but it really sounds like Nickelback, without the Kroeger voice. I like "Throw It All Away" and the acoustic version of "Let You Down".

the guitar and lyrics of default aren't nearly good enough to be compared to nickelback.

It's source is bright and endless. She resuscitates the hopeless. Without her we are lifeless satellites dreaming dreams. And as I pull my head out I am without one doubt. Don't want to be down here feeding my narcissism. I must crucify the ego before it's far too late. I pray the light lifts me out before I pine away.

By the way, Chad Kroeger had co-written some songs on Default's new record from what I heard. I'm looking for Elocation's lyric. If anyone knows where I can find them, please let me know.

I really liked their first album, but I heard it at about the same time I heard of Nickelback, so I didn't really think of them as a Nickelback-wanna be. Theory of a deadman is so fucking horrible its not even funny, but I like Default....

Thank you for liking Default, Yannic. At least somebody out there besides me digs their tunes.
