How often do you listen to OLP?
let's define "listen" as actually play one of their albums.
Lick a finger: feel the now.

Goodbye you liar,
Well you sipped from the cup but you don't own up to anything
Then you think you will inspire
Take apart your head
(and I wish I could inspire)
Take apart your demons, then you add it to the list.

Lately, school's been pretty boring, so I've been bringing a my discman with something OLP in it. But that's actually been partially out of guilt. Until last week, I haven't heard an OLP song in about 3 months.
"if the nuremberg trials were applied to us foreign policy, every us president since 1945 would have been hanged." noam chomsky.
...and this is me hanging on / i'd burn our initials in the sun if it would shine / anxiety chokes me like razor wire / if hate's in your heart man, you'll take what you're given / wake up / i'm not the only one / it's never goodbye / go ahead and play dead / if everyone's a casualty, then take your time, there ain't no trouble / these wounds they will not heal / ambition can be a tricky thing / what the hell do i know about rape anyway? / this is not what i hoped for / ain't it so weird how it makes you a weapon / who will be there to tell me how stupid i am? / those living for death will die by their own hand / and it's me that I am spying on / pick up the pieces and live with the stars / hurry up and wait / things have never been so swell / they're always the ones who slowly drift / be great / ...and this is my world.

I mean, in its entirety.

I lost my CD case that had every one of my OLP cds, so since I have only replaced Clumsy and Gravity, I never listen to an entire cd anymore. Used to in my discman. I also have some mp3 cds of live shows and stuff I play in it, but I'm too lazy to replace the batteries.
I have an olp playlist on my computer, which is just all the cds and a few other studio ones (whatever etc) Havent listened to it in a couple weeks. I used to every day....

Oops, voted before I read the rules.
I really need to start reading the first posts before I vote on things.
I put "every day", cos they're in my playlist and I have a seperate OLP playlist that usually gets put on at some point in the day... but I rarely listen to the full albums cos I'm just too lazy to listen to actual cds.
I'll bring them into the bathroom for showers and such, though.

Maybe two or three times a year. Since the 9-18-02 show in Detroit, I listened to OLP maybe 5 times, and they were Happiness.. and Spiritual Machines.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.
Sometimes i dont know what i wanna listen to ill put my cd player on random, so it shuffles through 60 CD's and picks them randomly and the track random its like my own personal radio, not very repetative
although i hate it when it gets songless tracks like all teh RKs from Spiritual Machines
cuz it will play it then when its over it goes to a new song
gets me in the mood to here Right behind you then it moves on!
