I can't sleep!!

I take all natural sleeping pills you can get at any drug store .. before I went vegan I was taking just over the counter sleeping pills, screw doctors .. they work but gave me headaches, course I was taking too many at a time in hopes I wouldn't wake up so that's the cause of the headaches ... but taken properly they work. They don't necessarily help you fall asleep faster, but once you're asleep, you're out for a good 8 hours. With the right atmosphere they do help me fall asleep faster though.
