i couldn't sleep so i went up the mountain with a bunch of people. we tried to see the northern lights but the security dude kicked us out of the park.

but still driving around mount royal at 2:30 am is some fun stuff. 8-)

go to the doctor and get some sleeping pills. they work sometimes.
though they really didn't work much for me...they helped me fall asleep but didn't help me stay asleep.

I basically exhause myself until there is no way I can stay awake.
Which usually happens around the time that I have to study. then I am so tired that I sleep and fail lots of tests.
