"How can we justify spending so much on destruction and so little on life?" Matthew Good

"The white dove is gone, the one world has come down hard, so why not share the pain of our problems, when all around are wrong ways, when all around is hurt, i'll roll up in an odd shape and wait, untill the tide has turned.....with anger, i'm dead weight, i'm anchored"- IME, God Rocket (Into the Heart of Las Vegas) ^ Some say this song is about a terrorists thoughts before 911

"Pray for the sheep" Matt Good
"But it's alright, take the world and make it yours again" Matt Good

I felt it in the wind, and i saw it in the sky, i thought it was the end, i thought it was the 4th of July.

most of the music i listen to is easy to get on kazaa...

which is incredibly irritating to find!

I'm really glad I have Sharescan (file sharing program for my local network in residence) to find movies and music. There's a lot of stuff that aren't on there (but soooo much porn  ), but if I just use KaZaA when I can't find something it's not that bad.

Seriously for music use any program that runs the Gnutella network.

No buzzing ever.

There is a hash calculation vulnerablity that is being exploited. Basically, this only happens when you are downloading from more than one person, someone can screw up portions of your download with bad data.

I am not making this up.

Try: Shareaza, Bittorrent, WinMX

THAT's why it does that! That makes perfect sense!! Thank you for explaining! I never even thought of that.

Kazaa made my PC freeze whenever I went online so I had to uninstall it :( It's odd cos the exact same thing happened to one of my friends too.
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

i have the same problems with kazaa as most of you. more often than not, songs i download from one artist are the same (eg, i try to download songs from john mayer's new album, and they are ALL your body is a wonderland.) then, when they ARENT the same, i get the annoying buzzing noise. it took me a week of trying to get Bigger than my Body. i wish things were how they were
you have to, you just have to trust me
whoever i was then i can't ever be again
the faith you've found i've never felt
the terror held in wedding bells
the comfort in "there's no one else"
the truth be told, i'm never going to know

The thing with downloading music is, if it didn't work the first 7 times, don't try it again.

I used to be able to find anything, as long as I was tricky. But now, there's this song I want and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a error-free version.
