I don't know much about Muse, but I have checked out some of their stuff and they are absolutely amazing. I love 'New Born'. I could listen to that song forever. It's so cool.

New Muse songs (videos actually) available at http://www.microcuts.net:
Stockholm Syndrom which is really good and Time Is Running Out, which is even better.

Both will be on the new album Absolution that's due in September. They're touring Europe in November, don't know if they've got an American tour scheduled.

Absolution = Awesome album. It has leaked, altough there's a lot of dummy files around as well. My favorite songs are Hysteria, TSP and Time Is Running Out, but the rest's all good too.

I've heard half of the new album, leaving the other half for next month. My favourites I've heard so far is Hysteria, Butterflies And Hurricanes and Our Time Is Running Out, although out of the ones I've heard theres not one bad track :)

 Why don't you go love him now?
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

You haven't taken pictures of him? And you say you're in love? Pshaw.

Do it during office hours. Remember, you own them. Besides, you're a clever girl, I am sure you could come up with some reason to take pictures of him, and to take his pants off or something.

I don't know, Muse doesn't seem to like the US that much, or the other way around. Anyways, I'm pretty sure you can buy it online. It's well worth getting, Time is Running Out, Stockholm Syndrom, Hysteria, The Smallprint, all instant classics and the other songs are great as well.

I watched an interview on mtv2 uk and apparently they have changed they're american record label because when they wanted to release origin of symmetry over there, their record label at the time wanted more radio hits added but muse refused to change it. They also said they will release aboslution in america and they will also spend time touring over there. They never said any dates though. Very worth downloading, I would recommend the songs Sing For Absolution, Butterflies And Hurricanes, Hysteria, Apocalypse Please and Time Is Running Out.

Found this on a Muse message board:

an interview in Q Magazine wrote:
Well I know people will ask this/have asked it already in previousinterviews but maybe if you just keep perstering them with the same questions then they'll give a definite answer!!! stupid pillocks.. WHEN THE HELL WILL THEY BLOODY COME TO AMERICA ALREADY??!! IT'S NOT FAIR TO US [Americans and non americans a like..]... well, it is sorta fair, but still!!ask matt what the advantage of having freakishly long fingers is...meh, but that's silly cause we all already know that..

Matt: origin of symmetry didnt get released in america. this is because maverick thought that the album wasn't commercial enough and they wanted us to change it. we said fuck off, they said fuck off and somewhere along the line all touring plans for america were cancelled. our next album will be released on a different record label in the usa (around january 2004) and we are planning to spend alot of 2004 in usa touring.
Dom: the deal with states is, our last album didnt come out over therebecause maverick didnt find it "commercialy viable" and wanted more "radio singles" - jesus.. they had a period of time to release it and didnt, so we parted company. we've just been meeting new labels in La during the mixing of the album and hope to get album out and tour there at the end of this year or early next year. but we're definitely coming over with this album. I 'll leave matts finger legnth up to your own imagination.

I booked my tickets to go and see them a few days ago :D

There were only seated tickets left though, which smells a little, but I'm sure I'll cope !
