I think I have plans...nothing is final yet.

Today at school (and I'm assuming across Canada) was the Terry Fox run. Everyone was donating two bucks to cancer research, and then ended up not going out because it was raining. When we first found out about it, I thought "I should donate something. More than two bucks. I should just donate whatever's in my wallet. It's for a good cause, after all. I should do it. But I know I won't." That was yesterday. Then today, we were just finishing up a bio lab in first period, and I looked to the front of the room and saw the collection envelope. So I asked Ms G if I could still make a donation. She said I could, and wrote my name on the sheet, then put out her hand for the couple of bucks. I put a ten and a twenty in her hand. She said "Wow. That's a lot more than most people donate. That's great! You'll probably be able to get a tax return on it too, I'll find out."
So, I did a good deed today. Now, however, I feel guilty for posting about it. It sounds like I'm bragging. I hate how there's no selfless good deed. I wasn't thinking of myself when doing it, but I felt good about it afterwards.

That reminds me of a theory about how there are no purely altruistic deeds. I guess its karma, but you can never do anything for someone without getting something in return.

Goodbye you liar,
Well you sipped from the cup but you don't own up to anything
Then you think you will inspire
Take apart your head
(and I wish I could inspire)
Take apart your demons, then you add it to the list.

Well, no it isnt.
You may be doing something for completly unselfish reason but something will always happen in return. Even in the animal kingdom we couldn't come up with a situation where something was done for others and you recieved nothing in return (talking about this in class)
I guess good intentions are always rewarded...whether you want them to be or not.
