I got a P2P file-sharing system to use......I've recently started trying it out and it actually not bad. Its run by a group of Palestinians in Jenin. Believe it or not, if ya look in the latest issue of rolling stone, their headquarters looks like a terrorist boot camp.

They're funded by a buncha rich ass people in the Middle East and in Russia.

ENTER: Earthstation 5 (http://www.es5.com)

They strongly have claimed since the kick-off that your downloads are not traceable, partically because its beyond the reach of international copyright laws. ES5 president Ras Kabir stated in an interview "If they made a law against oral sex in Kzakhstan, would you stop having oral sex (in America)?"

Just because I am sexy, naked, a bassist, and sporting a top hat doesn't make me Duncan Coutts!

No......and you're messed up

Later Edit:
I keep messing around with the program and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody quite yet. Still being rather new there isn't much to search for on the website at all. The only song I could find on there by OLP was SOT  so, I'll keep ya informed if this program really starts to pick up.

And Josh - its totally free ya have nothing to worry about.

Say you bought The Joshua Tree by U2. You come home and transfer it into your pc and you start sharing the songs on Kazaa. The question is, can one still be sued by te RIAA?

thats how this whole thing started

Johnathan, the whole deal of this is people are sharing the files around and everything. The music industry doesn't want you to share the music. So if you rip the album or not, if you decide to share it with people, then you'd be doing something illegal, that is, if you were in lawsuit happy America.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

Yeah, I read an article recently that they put the lawsuits in the name of the person who is paying for the internet service which is often the parent, but in most cases it's their kids that are downloading stuff.

i wouldn't really trust anything too heavily. Even if kazaa lite K++ says its anoyomous, it has its flaws and the record companies are going to spend every dollar they have to exploit those and catch people

I get such a kick out of 12 yr old kids and parents and grandparents getting sued. Look it sucks for them but aren't they sharing more than a thousand songs? There is just no need for that. It's stupidity! People are getting busted for illegal sharing and that's it. I think it's cool universal lowered cd prices. They are really really expensive..BUT...while a cd does cost pennies to make (physically)...the recording, marketing, distribution, promotion, development are expensive...a middle ground must be met between what we want to pay and what labels want to make.

From the list of sued people:

Erik Orxxgotmanis

That's either a fake name or the coolest last name ever. Pronounced "Orcs-got-man-iss", I assume.
