Have you guys heard of the toronto based band Pilate? They are very similiar to Coldplay and Travis in musical styling! I nearly thought it WAS Coldplay!! You gotta hear them cause they sound so much like Coldplay and you can hear their unreleased album at http://www.pilate.com/home.html

It comes out on September 23rd if you guys are interested!

I emailed the band and asked them that if they come to the states to stop by Nashville. That I would really like to see them. Not one minute later, Todd, the lead singer emailed me back! How quick was that? He said if they get a few more fans down here in the states, they will head our way!

I saw them open for Matt Good at the Kool Haus back in May, they were amazing.

The singer sounds exactly like Thom Yorke.

i saw them at the kool haus opening for matt good too. the lead singer spits a lot when he sings. :nod:

that is it!! I figured out what I think they sound like:

Thom Yorke on vocals, Chris/coldplay on piano and instruments, and Travis in lyrical content and vocal stylings as well
