I feel like a traitor for saying this, but I didn't like any of the last songs on their 5 cds until a long time after I bought the cds. It was bad. I feel dirty.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

Most of Naveed (except Hope and Julia), Happiness and the Fish, All My Friends, The Wonderful Future, Story About a Girl.

I'm still trying to like Waited...
And if I don't make it known that
I've loved you all along
Just like sunny days that
We ignore because
We're all dumb and jaded
And I hope to God I figure out
What's wrong

spiritual machines as a whole for me heh
gravity happened to come out at a time when i didnt want to think .. (i do it too much) and shit so it was a nice change.. SM came out when i was heavily drugged up (anti-depressants) and goin thru a very severe depressive episode that was full of apathy
therefore.. sm never did much for me
it grew on me tho
big time after seein stuff from it live (ie. the wonderful future)
go fuck yourself.

i didn't really like supersattelite the first time i heard it... ( i was like 11) so it wasn;t until a lil later when i started paying more attention to the lyrics of the song that it grabbed me and pulled me in. i still have no love for gravity except for BBTS, Sell My Soul and somewhat Not Enough...

too many to name but here's a few
supersattelite
dirty walls
carnival
story of 100 aisles
consequences of laughing
the wonderful future I merely loved at first whereas I worship it now
and gravity in general has grown on me a tiny bit in general, it has a couple redeaming features, NE and BBTS are really great songs, but over all the one that has grown on me to most is all for you, I totally despised it at first and thought it was the absolute worst thing olp ever did, but i kinda like it now

all my friends and naveed. the lines 'climbing down the hours, i need to know now, do the hands of time only rule this chapter?' and 'violent minds out on loan' just made me fall in love with them. i actually couldnt stand naveed, it creeped the hell outta me for some reason, and i was pretty indifferent to all my friends, it was the song i always forgot when i was listing songs off sm. now they're among my favs.

theres alot of songs off happiness for some reason that i have to be in the right mood for or i just cant stand, ie waited, lying awake etc.

When I first heard Superman's Dead when I was 8 or 9 I didnt like it. The video creeped me out cuz I thought Raine looked insane in it and just the way he sang the song I didn't like. But later on when I was older and starting to get into OLP, I listened to SD again and realized what an amazing song it is. :)

Others that have taken me awhile to get into are: Dirty Walls, Neon Crossing, Shaking, Hello Oskar, Stealing Babies, Wonderful Future, and Sorry...I know there are others but meh.
