gangsta rap - the funniest genre that ever was

Post by One-Eye »

   Who agrees with me?

I recommend Ghetto Boys' "Damn it Feels Good to be a Gangsta" and D12's "Nasty Mind" and "Pimp Like Me"

Any other recommendations?

I'd have to say "back back" by Lil'O. I was actually just talking to Emily (Clumsy7Thief) about this today. There's so many rap artists that start with "lil"...lil' bow wow, lil'mo, lil'Kim, lil' Zane...well, you get the point. :)

'damn it feels good to be a gangsta' is seriously one of my favorite songs ever
"Sh*t, id be f*ckin' scared if us were opening for...us"
-Dave Grohl on why the Red Hot Chili Peppers only let the Foos play a 45 minute set when they toured together

"baby, i wish you were my baby,
ill make u make a baby,
let's make electric power,
in fear u should not cower,
cuz girl i will protect u,
i promise not to sex u,
and IiiiiIiiiiIiiiiiiIiiiiiIiiiiii...." - Dudez a Plenti

"all by myself
cause I don’t want to drag you down, hold you down
cause you’re a friend
i blame myself
i guess you think it’s funny now, funny now
it's such a shame..."
-Feeder - Just a Day

I am still awesome.........................................................................................seriously.

To clarify this......Bow Wow and Zane have both dropped the "lil" off their names before the most recent releases.

Want to hear some sweet gangsta rap? Listen to Dynamite Hack's cover of "Boyz N Tha Hood"

hah..i heard this one song on much music last week called "get some teeth" by obie trice

Okay holy moly derriere
Look around the club booty everywhere
She caught me starin
And my homies darin me to approach Karen
She's model material, but she got a venereal
Tons of baby fathers', baby bottles and cereal
She holla cause I got a lot of genedio
The DJ's playin Obie song on the steady-o
And she's impaired and she wants to be headin home
With the real thing not the dildo clone
And I know I don't wanna be headin home
With some double D's full of silicon
Ten hoodrat chicks surround me outside
Found me outside, clown me outside
'Til I flip out and they found me outside
Cussin at the bitches screamin "off to they rides!"

LIKE...WTF :wtf:
[glow=white] faceless lies it's easy to speak when[/glow]
[glow=white]every word is your own[/glow]
[glow=white] selfish eyes look onward in protest as we[/glow]
[glow=white] tear down their disguise[/glow]

Every now and then I fall out into open air just to feel the wind, rain and everything.
And though the hum and sway gets me down
, I'll find the way to peace and openness.

I heart Bushwick Bill
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.
