It's white cubes of fluff, can you really prepare it?

You can use it for anything basically .. tofu takes on the taste of whatever you're cooking with .. you can use it in place of meat in taco's for example .. fry it in a pan with taco mix .. or cut it into strips and fry with butter and seasoning .. drain it first though ..

So let me get this straight. You people refuse to eat meat, so you eat tofu and flavor it like meat? If you like the taste of meat in the first place, then why not just eat meat?

Health reasons is my guess, that or they don't like the whole eating animals thing, that or they want to try something different.

If you long for the taste of meat, then just eat meat. It's not that difficult to understand.

I love this one beer commercial on the radio...

Waitress: And what will you have?
Guy 1: Porterhouse.
Guy 2: Porterhouse. 26 Oz.
Waitress: And the porterhouse for you, too?
Guy 3: Hmm... I think I'll have the salad. With a nice light vinigrette.
Announcer: Guys! The cows eat the salad, then we eat the cows. This is the code.

And though the hum and sway gets me down
, I'll find the way to peace and openness.

I don't eat meat because the idea of eating a dead animal that's been abused and tortured sickens me ... so for my own personal moral reasons I choose not to eat meat ... not to mention how unhealthy it is for you. I eat the fake "meat" but certain things that taste too much like real meat will make me sick as well ... I'm trying to get over that though since it's all in my head. But yeah, I don't eat meat because I feel an animal shouldn't have to suffer and be slaughtered so I can eat a tasty meal.

But they're so tasty!

I am kidding Joey. I understand why you don't do it. That's your choice, you're entitled to it.

I don't make other food and flavour it like meat, well because I don't like meat. So I just don't eat it...I just don't put meat in stuff, its not that complicated. People seem to think it's impossible to simply not eat meat, but I've been doing it for a year (w00t, its been a year last weekend :D) so it must be possible. I really don't eat tofu that much, well at least not as much as lots of vegitarians I know.

Joel, I didnt know you were veggie :P
