Hey, Dani! It's Maple here...haha! :P

I hope they keep it low-key like Shania Twain did with her kid. I don't like what Celine Dion did when Oprah came over did a tour of her house...showed the big baby TV screen, etc. That was just weird and very little privacy for the kid! :(
And if I don't make it known that

I dunno, I don't see what's wrong with showing off your kid if you're really proud of them. That's just me, though. I'm not a very secretive person, though, so meh. That being said, Celine Dion scares me.

And, darn it, they (OLP & Chantal, not Celine Dion ) should tour together, I don't care what you people say! (This is, of course, because I wanna see Chantal REALLY freaking bad, and she doesn't seem to wanna come here.)

but seriously...about raising the kid. both of them want to go back touring as soon as posible. now, they could take the kid on the road, they only play a couple hours every day, they would probably have more time with him than most people that work a day job. but there's one baby, and two of them...are they going to take turns, somthing like that? that just doesnt make sense from a family perspective....

Yes yes... this is not our problem, people. I bet we're worrying about this more than THEY are.

it will work out,

I'm sure chantal will take off and they'll take time off to make the record, so they'll be together

and when the baby is born i'm sure they'll hire a nanny to take care of the baby and the baby will come with them on tours and such

Many rock stars have done this ... it's not THAT hard
HARDCORE!!!

OMG. I can't believe I din't think fo you
until now because when I think on
a scale of one to ten you're like YWELVE.
No, seriously?

I had the oppurtunity to see them both together at the War Child concert in Winnipeg. They even did a duet...not a vocal duet though; Raine played the guitar while Chantal played the piano and sang. I think they did her song "G.I Joe" or w/e. I guess I really didn't get the chance to fully enjoy it, since I was talking to my friend about how much I hated Chantal for having Raine as a husband. My God, I was such a stupid fan girl at the beginning of grade 9 (when this concert was).

I'm not bragging, I'm just using the oppurtunity to shove this in your face.

It's alright if they show their kid off once in a while but them being a family, I think they need a little privacy. Oh, I dunno...maybe I'm thinking about this way too much.

Just like the rest of you are thinking of ways to raise the baby way too much.

I'd bet that Raine won't bring his newborn on stage for everyone to see then sing a song about it while its strapped onto his back........

Though it would be kind of cool.
