doug:

last week, i found out that the only girl i ever loved (madeline) and i could still very well be together and if we were, we would have just celebrated our one year anniversary about two weeks ago. now i am listening to the song that i relate to all of this on repeat but i'm STILL SMILING.

what am i doing wrong?
we are the brand new beatniks. we are the down and outers.
we are the bleeding hearts, beating syncopated, broken rhythm.
our speed is often break neck. we need to slow it down.
tired of being sleepless. tired of being broken.

yes, it appears it did
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

But you're a great pilot! You'll do great!

That reminds me of this poster I saw in our HIGHSCHOOL business area. It was a grade nine poster on different careers. One of them was, and I quote "PIOLET". :uh:

Oh yeah.... I did my flight test yesterday. And I passed :D After the flight the examiner shook my hand and said "that was an excellent flight. you're a very smart girl and a very good pilot and you'll only get better with time." and i was like... 8O It was great :D I have an hour of circuits to do now and that'll bring me up to my 45 hours and make me an officially licensed dual private pilot :D Alex is happy. Yay!

We actually found a Russian fighter jet on ebay for $12,000! With a small contribution from everyone the CM could have its very own jet for REAL (discounting the 4,000 dollars it would take for an hour's worth of fuel of course). CLEARLY we need a MIG-21 Fishbed. Check it out:

Take off that star and put a pic of the monkey, and we're set.

Well... we're set for everthing but that money thing...

As you said, there is gas to think of...

If only it could be powered by hot air. We've got more than enough of that on this board.
