CONFIRMED: Raine and Chantal expecting a baby!

She announced it at her show the other day and sang BABY BEFORE YOU and changed "girl to boy" in the song. Then a fan asked her after the show if it was real. If she knows its a boy shes past 4 months now. You cant tell before that.

My concert experience!!
Let's get some things straight first off:

Chantal IS pregnant, with a baby boy!
I met her!!!
The set list is not in exact order, I wrote it down after the show.

Time: first song played. She came out in a black and white stripped cap, black jacket, War Child tank top, pink skirt and sandles. She was so cute, you could completely tell she was pregnant, her tummy was sticking out. After this song, she took the jacket off and you could really see it! During the song, she pointed out a cute little girl sitting on her Daddy's shoulders.

Before You: this is when she announced her pregnancy. It was something like "This announcement is for my (sounds mananger's name) .... I'm going to have a baby! It's a boy!" .... I guess ever since she found out, that's all she's talked about and it's a running joke with them. She also told us to sing loudly to this song, since it was for the baby and she changed the line "Now I think I'll get through, life as a girl" to "boy".

Feels Like Home: She did the whole Dawson's Creek thing and I screamed. She was like "I know you love Dawson!"

Dear Life: right before this song she got up and walked to the right hand side of the stage to talk to someone, I couldn't see very well. The baby also kicked during this song!

Leaving on a Jet Plane: she made everyone stand, then told her movie theater dancing story, and we all sang along. One line change: "When I come back I'll wear your wedding ring .... and have your child!"

In This Life: she said she was gonna take a break for a bit for obvious reasons and said ,"I hope I don't like the kid too much!", because she wants to come back!

The meeting!

My friends left partway through, and my other friend left at the end, so I was left with no one! So I saw a huge group of people at the fence, so I went over and there was Chantal doing autographs! So I snuck myself in, and when she got to me I handed her the CMS cover and said "Everyone at Elements says hi, and Ray from Rome!" and she looked at me and said "Ray from Rome?! Man, that guy never gives up! Tell him and I'm pregnant and a little busy!" so I said "Ok" and she's like "Tell them I say hi!!!" and I said "Thanks Chantal!" ...... so I left, then decided I needed to get my pic with her, since I hadn't, so I saw Tiffany (she posts as VANILLAKISS here I believe, we met before the show), and she said she's take our pic, so I got back into the now-formed line, and got to Chantal and said "Can I get my picture with you?" and she was like "Sure!" so we posed, I'm sure I looked aweful, being outside in the wind and all for 10 hours. She was behind a fence, so she just leaned on it. As I left I said "Congratulations on your baby!" and she said "Thanks, but the baby's hungary!!!" and I said "Bye!!". So I phoned my mom, got all excited, then walked back to where Chantal was but she was in her van already. So I hung around, waved her off, she waved back, and she was off to the airport to fly to Saint John!!!

There's my story! I'll post more if I remember it ...... LOL

do you think raine knows yet? come to think of it. he hasn't mentioned it yet to my knowledge. plus when was the last time he was in contact with chantal? and apparently the sony guys wanted to keep it on the down lo, parden my lingo

Yes, Chantal announced it last night at her show in Saskatoon, but she said right out loud that she was pregnant, we didn't have to ask her after the show.

Maybe one of Duncan's babies will be a girl .. and she'll grow up to marry Raine's baby boy .. then Raine and Duncan will be related :lol:
