No .. cuz it's already been proven that meat eaters consume twice as much protien then they need .. cutting out meat, you're getting just enough .. Iron which is what is in meat that you need .. iron can be obtained just as easily by eating green veggies etc etc .. no "special diet" is needed ... I'm vegan though .. so a little more goes into that.

Yeah...taht's what I thought, if you simply cut that stuff out, isn't that kind of bad for your body?

Hmm...I guess I just see it as a way to support the bands I like.

Eating meat is good for your body, unless you eat too much. Which pretty much everyone does.

Then eat it .. to each their own .. I don't look down on people who eat meat .. I personally just find it gross and it makes me physically sick now at the thought of it .. maybe if more people actually realized what steps are taken before the meat arrives on their plate they'd care more .. but like my mom openly admits "ignorance is bliss" what you don't know, is easier to ignore

Being vegetarian doesn't mean you live on nothing but vegetables by the way .. there are other foods available :P

I've done extensive research that states otherwise .. there's nothing healthy that you need in meat, that can't be obtained elsewhere. Only good thing in meat, is iron .. which like I said, can be obtained by plenty of other foods.

but only because their meat supplier's company name is "Purebeef".
