DVD in August???

I've heard from several people that the OLP DVD will be (tentatively) released in August. For example, it says it on Rich and Shelly's site. I was just wondering where people are getting this information from as the note about it in the live CD said Fall 03. Usually when a rough date is given in an album, it is pushed back if it's moved at all. I've never heard of it being pushed forward. Does anyone have any info?

Everything I've heard leads me to think they'll release it in the fall, I think olp.cc put that up a while ago and just hasn't updated it.

They said something about it being released soon in the commercial for the live cd.

I think one of the guys, or maybe someone involved in making the dvd, said that they were hoping it would be out around August. There was a link to the interview on Rich and Shelley's back a while ago.

Yeah, the August stuff started around the same time the Live CD came out.

So, if this all started at the time "Live" came out, that means that the CDs (which said Fall 03) must have been printed prior to the talk of it being released in August :nod:

Perhaps it will be August, then again, you would think they'd have a release date by now if it would be August...

June 20, 2003 (Later Morning)

Last night on Musiqueplus' Infoplus, the vj talked with Raphael Ouellette, the director of the live dvd. He said that the guys were very nice and that they wanted a dvd even better than U2's. He also said Steve kind of kept himself out of the project, Jeremy was the smiley, funny one and that Duncan and Raine were the ones more involved in the project. He also said the dvd was going to come out during August but no day was specified. Then they showed the new Starseed video. Thanks to Francesca for the news.

Sooo............perhaps? Guess we'll see when more news comes in. We know the new CD will be a while away, but perhaps the DVD is coming out soon like the commercial states.

i was watching metrotv for ppl in like the ny area cuz i live like 10 minutes from nyc and olp came on and raine was like saying the same exact things as he did on live like "brent turn this light up" and lemme hear ur voices tonight". so i kinda got a sneak peek of the dvd and it's AWESOME..

Uh yeah. the cn8 show is going to be on the dvd. remember that footage was recorded in Edmonton and Calgary
