yes, Naveed is too much. Hope is already a name so you could use that.
my favorite picks=
boy: aiden girl: elysia

aiden is spelt AIDAN, or at least that's how it's spelt in my brother's case. you can spell it however you want. I think it would be cool if it were spelt AIDYN.

Anyway, I have a few names worked out as well... for a boy: ethan, liam, maybe owen. and for a girl the only one I like is gwyneth.

EMMA
we are the brand new beatniks. we are the down and outers.
we are the bleeding hearts, beating syncopated, broken rhythm.
our speed is often break neck. we need to slow it down.
tired of being sleepless. tired of being broken.

i prefer it spelled aiden over aidan. people might pronounce it "eh-dan" that way. i like mercedes for a girl.

I don't think there's anything wrong with having an inspiration for a child's name. My girlfriend's name came from a song, and it also just happens to be the name of an 80's band, but that was purely coincidental.
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.
