DAY 1

left at 9:17 in the morning. got to the bottleneck at 2:15. first in line of course. we were greeted throughout the day by various members of the three bands playing that night. i have never in my life seen so many kids show up to a sold out show without tickets. totally lame. but two of them got on the start's guestlist and we made friends with them. once inside, i was front and center. the start was great. aimee = mmmm. after the show, she thanked me for dancing. one man army was good as well. i'm going to enjoy seeing both bands three more times. and then alk3 came on and it was just amazing. i got killed by the thigh high stage. matt was having some problems with hearing in his monitor and was pretty pissed off about it. but yeah, i danced my butt off and sang my heart out. it was a fun set including a fucking misfits cover. how cool is that? at one point matt came up to the edge of the stage and bent over and stuck his head out for everyong to pat. i grabbed him and kissed him right on the back of the head. after the show i bought a shitload of merch and tipped too. the start mentioned during their set that they are completely diy and that's so fucking cool so i had to help out. i got a kiss on the forehead from aimee out of it. we hung out and talked to them a little then went outside and i didn't bother with autographs or pictures, all i wanted from skiba was a hug. i introduced myself and got one. a little later i got one from derek too. everyone so nice. it was a great day. xoxo
