PEPSI STUFF CD With "Our Time Is Fading"

Post by BDS28 »

Does anyone have this cd? I have been trying to save up enough points but you need 55 of them, and 55 bottles of Pepsi is a little much. I really want this track, I believe it is a studio version of "Our Time Is Fading".

It can't be found anywhere on Kazaa, or the internet. If any of you are close to have the points, or have the cd or the mp3 of it, please let me know.

You only get one point per bottle? That's crappy.

I bet it's either Our Time Is Fading live or something dumb like Innocent.

No it's Our Time Is Fading studio. On the Pepsi Stuff website you can play 30 seconds of it.

That's the live track. There's fans cheering at the start.

In fact, it's probably the same one that will be on the Live album.

Go to www.pepsistuff.ca then to "Fun Stuff" and "Video Stuff". Play the "Pepsi Stuff 2003" video (not the OLP one, that's just an Innocent Clip). There's two song clips in the video. The second is Our Time is Fading.

The CM could easily collectively gather that many points... have one person mail it out (maybe al), rip it and share it with the rest of the community

I think the one on www.pepsistuff.ca is Canadian only. :(

If you got o "Fun Stuff" and click on "Music Stuff" you can hear an audio clip from the middle of the song. The crowd in the video might just be an effect from the Pepsi Stuff video. From hearing the Live previews on OLP.com, they don't sound near close to the quality that you cna get on the "Music Stuff" section. No way that's live.

Yeah, but I'm assuming the points are little things on the packaging or something. Does anybody know if Canadian points and US points look the same? If someone was to really try to pool points together to get the CD, knowing this might help.

I'm trying to get in there to listen to that. So far, I just found a picture of the cover of OLP Live. Funny that they put that on there.

That's not the right section. You clicked just to the right of it. I did that too. :)

I still think it's the live version. He even messes up the lyrics a bit.

Besides, we'll find out on the 18th when we can preview the Live version of OTiF.

Finding it wasn't a problem really, I was looking around at what it would let me see. It took about an hour to register because it's a crappy site and the registration stuff kept not loading for me. And yeah, nothing about that screamed "studio".

I had the same problem with registration. I actually only got in right before I had posted that.

It screamed studio more than it did live. Have you guys heard the 3 previews from olp.com? The vocals are not very good, and the vocals on this clip seem pretty good.

And how can he screw up the lyrics? How does anyone even know what the lyrics are?

Well, the lyrics for the song are posted at olp.cc . If you listen to the 3 or 4 versions of the song that are floating around, they pretty much match up with what Rich & Shelly have listed. The reason they sound messed up is because they have shortened it for the audio clip. I still say it's a live track though. Of course nothing is set in stone, so I could be just as wrong as the next person :P
