Did they really play the SM secret track on this past tour or did they just dub that into the recording? I thought they only played that as the intro on the SM tour and then they usually opened with Middle of Yesterday I believe (I mean obviously they couldn't have opened with All For You on the SM tour 
)

...too bad my darn modem stopped the song like 5 times right in the middle

It doesn't get much better than hearing that before they come out on stage.
Actually, it didn't get much better than when they dropped down the projection screen and played an interview with Ray Kurzweil, then played the "secret track" afterwards. And sweet Jeebus, them playing the In Repair video on loop behind Jeremy made the show that much better. I miss that show.
