I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

is it mandatory that everyone graduates from grade 8?
At my school they passed you no matter what.
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

ok then, thats how it should be. You shouldn't let kids move to the next level if they failed the lower one.

yeah... in my school if you fail in the 8th grade you have to go to a different 8th grade the next year
