OLP (CC) Chat Help

how the hell does the chat on the CC work? i used to be able to get on it fine but now it says apparently i don't have enough parameters.. :freak:

...can anyone help me? i need to figure this out before 4pm tomorrow...

I used to talk in the CC chat all the time but I used Mirc to connect to it .. never bothered with going through the website. Not a clue what that would mean. Just download Mirc .. much easier.
