Yeah, I should have. Oh well...

Morrwind is fucking amazing! It's so time consuming! An hour and a half litterally just flew by. I think the towns could have been put a little bit closer together, but oh well. Right now I'm just doing little side mission(s). I just took some woman's left glove to the guy that muged her, and apparently they hit it off...? (lol) She suggested I go to see her friend. I may do that tomorrow, or continue towards the main first mission (going to that town that starts with a B, and giving that package to that guy).

Race: Dark Elf
Class: Battlemage
Birthsign: The Steed (I think. I may have picked The Mage. I forget.)

I've killed a couple of little things along the way, bought a sword, a sheild, some gauntlets, boots and a new shirt. Not bad for a day's work. :)

I WIN

The town you're looking to go to is Balmora. I suggest you head there via the stilt strider and find Cassius and give him the package, it'll give you a nice little start on the game. Also, while you're there, take some time to join all the guilds you can find, and learn the layout of the city (it's not that hard). You'll find that VERY useful as the game goes on since a lot of important stuff is based there :)

YAY I love Morrowind! Yay! And I found my CD today even though I thought it was gone forever.... YAY!

Do you recommend first or third person view?

Oh.

First.

Naturally.

Third person is nice for seeing yourself (hold down tab to get a 360 view), but you need to play in first to see where you're going

Haha, yeah. I tried third at the start, but I couldn't seem to aim at the freakin' knife stuck in the table.

What's your character?

I started out with a wood elf cause I like the archers but then I found out how much fun it is to loot people/places/things and started a new character, a Khajiit, with all the right thief attributes, and she's hella sweet. Actually I think I got farther with her than with my elf. Oh, and I named her Sian, cause I think it was you who mentioned they new someone by that name and I thought it was wicked awesome :D

I'm an Imperial customized around being a chivalrous knight type guy. Long sword, heavy and medium armour, block, mercantile, speechcraft, athletic, marksmanship, etc. Under the lady, I can talk anyone into anything. I started off with about 65 edurance and 75 personality, I'm a machine.

though I realize my character is really really cliche. so I'm going to go back and start a new game with a dark elf or something with a mix of magic and hacking skills. Though I still am going to be under The Lady, it's just the best.
Just because I am sexy, naked, a bassist, and sporting a top hat doesn't make me Duncan Coutts!

my Imperial could seduce your Khajiit.

though, that'd be wrong in a lot of ways. :freak:

Heh. While he was busy with that she would steal every last item you own. Including your clothes

Seriously though, if you want cash, thiefdom is the way to go. She had a full body suit of glass armor, a huge array of neat-o, rare items (including some ridiculously valuable soul gems) and over 12 000 in gold pieces... at level 4
