mp3 editing programs
anyone know of any free programs that will allow me to edit a mp3 file (i need to cut down the song to make it shorter)?

I use Nero Sound Editor... it works pretty good, I enjoy it

I like that one (Audacity)...It also has a bunch of effects you can put on the file such as echo, fade in/out, noise removal, and (my personal favorite) "reverse"
