I am a combination of Steve and Raine. I am extremely lactose intolerent. Dairy and me don't get along. I have to take dairy ease or lactaid to have anything remotely dairy. Plus dairy isn't good if you do have sinus troubles. I told Steve I was going to try his concotion of Cranberry Juice with cereal. he told me to use Cranrasberry because it has a tart flavor. As for sinus headaches, depending how bad they are. Nothing helped me. I was on everything possible( that is where I can relate to Raine. He has the same problems I do/did). I would pop all of those over the counter pain killers like candy. Even stronger pain killers didin't help.

actually Aleave or Nupoxen is good. They are all the same to tell you the truth. I do know that sometimes plain aspirin is best.

BTW, the only thing that helped was surgery. I still get sinus infections, jsut not as intense or as often. THe one thing that is good( it jsut came over the counter in usa) is clariton.

also influenced by Randy Rhoads(sadly so died at age 25) Steve Vai and John Fuscante. I knew there was a reason I love Steve's playing. I know aloto of people think he is typical of a rock guitarist. Maybe , maybe not. What I love his that he is an incredible palyer who has a way of making this beautiful sound with his guitar. the way the guitar wails. I love that in players. For me I think within time he will be a force to be reckon with.

Wow, that sucks. Glad the surgery helped, though.

I don't know if I get sinus headaches... I get migraines... but regardless:

Ibuprofen = God.

I was actually tested to see if my headaches were migranes because they were so bad. I had a deviate septum-what i had fixed in my surgery- poylups on my sinus' and other lovely things. That is what Raine suffers from and why he is always sick.

^ I agree, but with the time it takes for a bath, a shower makes so much more sense. And also since I share a bathroom with 2 other guys and occasionally a girl, it tends to get gross instantly, otherwise I'd relax with a bath every night.
