Question about Sorry demo...

Post by laurel »

hidey ho. sorry to bring this up...it's probably been discussed somewhere that i can't find, because, frankly, i'm a lazy searcher.

anywho.
sorry. the demo. which one of the guys is the one saying 'sorry' in the background after Raine?
it's driving me insane...anyone care to enlighten me?

"How can we justify spending so much on destruction and so little on life?" Matthew Good

"The white dove is gone, the one world has come down hard, so why not share the pain of our problems, when all around are wrong ways, when all around is hurt, i'll roll up in an odd shape and wait, untill the tide has turned.....with anger, i'm dead weight, i'm anchored"- IME, God Rocket (Into the Heart of Las Vegas) ^ Some say this song is about a terrorists thoughts before 911

"Pray for the sheep" Matt Good
"But it's alright, take the world and make it yours again" Matt Good

I felt it in the wind, and i saw it in the sky, i thought it was the end, i thought it was the 4th of July.

I thought it was Chris. It doesn't sound anything like Mike.

Every now and then I fall out into open air just to feel the wind, rain and everything.
And though the hum and sway gets me down
, I'll find the way to peace and openness.

The "mother" is Raine... just layered under the lead vocals.

Least that's what I always thought.

The "sorry" could possibly be Raine... I wouldn't be too sure about it being Mike, but Chris also sounds like a good possibility.

Maybe Jim? How about Lanni?

So, we've got it narrowed down to Lanni, Raine, Mike, Chris or Jim...

Does anyone even have a good picture of Lanni? I've seen him maybe once and that pic was all blurred and stuff.

Well, there he is the so-called "5th member of OLP" at a time that seems so distant now. I guess he went the way of Mike T..

This is just depressing. I still can't understand how such important people in the world of OLP could be cast aside so easily, and with so little remorse from the band also...

I once thought I knew the band, but now they just puzzle me more and more.

It was just that there was so little public remorse. We don't know what went on behind the scenes...
