Actually, I will take back what I said. I did cry to a song once, not like bawling, but just a few random tears.

I had a really rough day. I was at a tennis tournament and was hit in a spot where no boy should be hit, with a tennis ball, and it sent me to the ground. I started vomiting soon after, which sucked. In the last match of the day, I collapsed do to extreme leg cramps, got up, and finished the match. I went home, grabbed an Alice In Chains cd, and put "Over Now" on. Well, soon after, I went to mtv.com, and found out that Layne Staley, the singer of AIC, died. So hearing that song and finding out he died was too much for me.

I still miss him.

It was the last time I cried, April 20, 2002.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

ah that's too much crap for one day. i'd say that gives you more than enough reason to cry.

i just thought of another song. jeff buckley - the way young lovers do (on live at sine)

i don't cry over it anymore but the first time i heard it i was completely taken by it and it somehow hit some key emotions.

I really don't know the last time I cried.... That's really strange because I can remember a time when I wouldn't have remembered the last day I HADN'T cried. Ah well, times are happier now.. I'm not complaining!

I cried yesterday.
in front of my roommate
i was embarrassed
i found out that my stats test is wednesday and not friday
and I didn't start studying
it was basically a, "I can't take it anymore and I want it all to go away" cry
it lasted like 2 minutes, tops, but that's good for me because I am not good with showing my emotions at school

oh, and a song that makes me cry:
Pedro the Lion - Lullaby
HARDCORE!!!

OMG. I can't believe I din't think fo you
until now because when I think on
a scale of one to ten you're like YWELVE.
No, seriously?

I <3 my HLP!!!!!

oh yea, totally. it's weird how you can take the harder part out of a song and add a piano and - woo, waterworks.

"Passenger" IME
not super depressing but it does have a sombre sound to it

and the very ending of "god rocket" IME the way he sings it just gets to me for some reason, his voice is dripping with some sadness, from the cryptic lyrics you can't tell what, but when you listen to it you can feel it, like love songs in a diffrent language
"How can we justify spending so much on destruction and so little on life?" Matthew Good

"The white dove is gone, the one world has come down hard, so why not share the pain of our problems, when all around are wrong ways, when all around is hurt, i'll roll up in an odd shape and wait, untill the tide has turned.....with anger, i'm dead weight, i'm anchored"- IME, God Rocket (Into the Heart of Las Vegas) ^ Some say this song is about a terrorists thoughts before 911

"Pray for the sheep" Matt Good
"But it's alright, take the world and make it yours again" Matt Good

I felt it in the wind, and i saw it in the sky, i thought it was the end, i thought it was the 4th of July.

"Hold on, hold on children, your mother and father are leaving, hold on, hold on children your best freind's parents are leaving, leaving,.......*AHHH*! " - Death From Above - Black History Month
