Holy Jesus, I saw the greatest concert EVER last night. Koufax blew me away. They played all but two of their songs in this hole in the wall place, and they were so energetic. They even covered some songs by the Cure.

Ahhhh, I might follow them around the country this year, because damnit, they're worth it. They're the four nicest guys I've ever met. After the show they talked to me for half an hour and I did some roadie work for them too, because I am a nice guy. The lead singer let me play around with his Fender Telecaster too, which was a nice thing to let me do. They gave me a free poster and signed it, which I would have bought, but my lovely girlfriend lost my ATM card (that's another story.)

But yes, this was the best concert I've ever seen, and I've been to a lot of them. I am definitely glad I chose to see Koufax over seeing Hot Rod Circuit and Less Than Jake last night. Ahhhh, I am uber-happy right now.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

I was standing in the park yesterday, wondering why a frizbee looks bigger the closer it gets. Then it hit me...

Ba-dum-ching!

I went to the meat shop the other day, and the butcher said "I bet you can't reach those pieces of meat up there." And I said, "No." He asked "Why not?" I said "The steaks are too high."

Ba-dum-ching!

I'm getting old. Just last week I noticed that I have a gray pubic hair. But don't worry, I didn't freak out ... like the other people in the elevator.

Ba-dum-ching!

Have you ever wanted to be a Blimp pilot? They just don't have the same following as fighter plane.. like there isn't a Top Gun school for Blimp pilots.

Top Gun Pilots have cool names like IceMAN and Goose and Maverick. what are blimp pilots names? Lardbutt, Slow Poke? Hey.. Are you slowpoke? I heard you did a loop under an hour. damn right.

ba-dum-shsss!

Or what about being a co-pilot. "Ahh the pilot just died!" (radio tower)"Just go down until you hit the ground. You are just one big air bag." BA-dum-shsss!

Or.. imagine a mid air collision of too balloons. "AAAHHH WE"RE GOING TO CRASH.. AAAAAAHHHHHH... dunnnk *bounces back away from each other*"

ok I'm done.

wow now thats stressed...

anyways I watched Harry Potter last night on DVD. I saw it the first day it came to theatres but my gf bought it and wanted to watch it last night. That Daniel Radcliffe went from like 6 years old to 15 between the first and the second one I swear !
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

Last night, I went to this club in NYC to help hand out flyers with Cain... (Hey, 20.00 an hour!!!) and it was a club for people with old money... ::sigh:: Some guy came up to me and offered me 1/4 of a million dollars to go home with him for the night. I can't stand old money people, they think that everyone can be bought and sold... and somehow, asking stuff like that to them is NORMAL. Stupid club, it depressed me. There were all sorts of supermodel women in there, hoping to go home with some guy for his wallet. Society is fucked.

I'd go home with someone for 1/4 mill.

He meant to play Scrabble, right?
