Man, This summer is gonna be so cool now that OLP is playing Stage 13. Better yet I'm seeing them in Craven too. Seeing them two nights in a row. It'll be a good weekendfor me :nod:

A big music festival in Camrose, Alberta.

Everclear, Theory of a Deadman, and Treble Charger are playing too.

I'm still hoping that the rumored Calgary Stampede date happens too.

yeah they are . . . i saw them on much on demand and one of them said that if he'd been president when the 9/11 attack happened that he would have nuked the shit out of afganistan and said that he would "make it look like a parking lot over there". i've also heard that their current single 'when i'm gone' is a pro war song but i'm not sure.

He reminds me of an old friend of mine. My friends soloution to problems with other countries was to bomb them back to the stone age. If he was president....he would put us into a Nuclear Winter 5 times over

Camrose is relativly close to Edmonton so I would say that Camrose is about a 45-60 min drive south east .

well, i quite doubt i will be able to get somewhere that is 7 or 8 hours from my natural habitat when i dont have that document they like to call a drivers lisence.

Sweet, Camrose isn't that far from where I'm staying during my holiday in Canada so I'm pretty sure I'll be able to go to that awesome festival. Hopefully that will be the second time I see OLP that week, because they should be playing the Stampede as well. They told me in Amsterdam that they have a tentative date for the first Sunday (the 6th) and that would make sense because I saw somewhere that Chantal is playing on the 7th. This will be the best holiday ever.
