Whenever death may surprise us,
let it be welcome
if our battle cry has reached even one receptive ear
and another hand reaches out to take up our arms.

i'd say start with bleeder

i truly believe it is one of the greatest songs ever written, lyrically and musicially

may 13 on conan says vagrant.com
we are the brand new beatniks. we are the down and outers.
we are the bleeding hearts, beating syncopated, broken rhythm.
our speed is often break neck. we need to slow it down.
tired of being sleepless. tired of being broken.

 I thought having my own place would be more fun... ::sigh:: I'm boooored.

Speaking of Alkaline Trio, I used "Mister Chainsaw" for an English project where we had to use an alternative source that would describe Holden Caulfield in Catcher in the Rye.

Every now and then I fall out into open air just to feel the wind, rain and everything.
And though the hum and sway gets me down
, I'll find the way to peace and openness.

Red Hot Lovers is like 200 ft. from my dorm, and I ate there for the very first time today. Delicious Chicago-style hot dogs. I knew there was Chicago-style pizza, but not Chicago-style hot dogs. :)

wanna hear something ridiculous?

today i was informed by a few of my incredulous friends that i've been parking in the "cool people" section of the parking lot, thereby destroying the entire hierarchy of parking spaces at my school. apparently i'm supposed to park in the line that includes all of my friends' cars.

fuck that. i'll park wherever i god damn wanna park.

My brother was listening, and singing along to, Alkaline Trio today. I passed out.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

ha my school was just on the news because of some stupid vandals who bashed in 60 windows in our elementary school, a bunch in the middle school, adn all the cafeteria windows of the high school last night. a couple of my friends' houses got hit too. yeah shoreham, we get famous for the best things. nuclear power plant problems, drunken kids burning live animals, bashing in of windows, this is one quality place.
